Introduction

There were times during lockdown that I had to draw upon many of the lessons that I had been lucky enough to learn from an extraordinary group of individuals, who I feel privileged to have met throughout my life.

I have no idea how this happened but do not question in just except this it must have happened for a reason.

I refer to them collectively as “Brilliant Minds” who have one common denominator that they are exceptional story tellers and distil seemingly complex information into lessons that resonate with the audiences that they reach.

This group of stories does not need to be read chronologically, I am hoping that you will take something from each of them and I make no apology for the vast number of themes that they cover.

I was lucky enough in 2011 to author a book called Making My Own Luck, and, in the prologue, I suggested that my life is about sharing with other people the knowledge I gained during these years and continually striving to learn more. This is an account of the knowledge that I have gained over the last decade and hope you take something from this.
